# Bike Stand Company Website: https://bikestand.co.nz > Bike storage, wall racks, floor stands and repair gear, delivered all over New Zealand. Bike Stand Company sells bike storage, repair gear and cycling accessories online all over New Zealand. The range covers bike wall storage (multi-bike wall racks in four and six bike packs, and single-bike wall mounts with a lift-in cradle and fold-away arm), bike floor stands (vertical racks that stand a bike on its rear wheel for narrow spaces, and floor parking stands that need nothing fixed to a wall), bike repair gear (folding work stands, a bench mount for a fixed workshop, a multi tool and a repair tool kit), outdoor protection (a two-bike tent and a waterproof cover) and accessories (front and rear lights, a cable lock, panniers and saddle bags, and a universal phone mount). It is an online only shop with no showroom and no installation service. Choosing between them: a wall rack gives the most floor space back and suits a garage where several bikes live together, while a floor stand puts nothing in the wall and suits a rented flat or a wall that should not be drilled. Wall fixings are chosen for the wall rather than supplied, because masonry takes an ordinary plug and screw while plasterboard needs the fixing to reach a stud or a hollow-wall anchor rated well above the bike weight. Bike weight is the other deciding factor: a road or hybrid bike is typically 8 to 14 kg, but an e-bike can be 22 to 30 kg, which changes the rack, the fixing and sometimes the wall. Cradles are sized for a tyre width, so a stand built for a road tyre will not take a fat tyre. Where a supplier publishes no specification, such as a material or a maximum bike weight, the product page states that plainly rather than estimating a figure. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and no tax is added at checkout. Delivery is all over New Zealand, free on orders of NZD 75 or more and otherwise a flat NZD 25, dispatched within 2 working days and then arriving within 7 working days by tracked courier. There is ONE delivery service rather than a paid speed upgrade: the live store's zones carry a single paid rate of NZD 25 beside free delivery over the threshold, so a customer cannot choose to pay more for speed. Payment is by card (Stripe) or PayPal. Returns: this shop accepts change-of-mind returns for 15 days from delivery under its own published policy (original packaging, proof of purchase, buyer pays return postage, refunds processed 24 to 48 hours after the return arrives). The guarantees of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to everything sold here and are unaffected: goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description, and remedies for failures include repair, replacement or refund with return postage covered by the shop.
